The governance administrative buildings of any nation have deep meanings in it which depict authority, security, justice, prosperity and dignity of nation to enforce law and order, to maintain the discipline and to secure the innocent citizen from any kind of crime and abuse. 
Governance Sector Strategy aimed at reconstruction and rehabilitation of all damaged buildings of Government departments. Prioritization of buildings on specified selection criteria has been approved by relevant forums. The following steps are adopted to accomplish the given task;

• To propose the design of governance sector buildings according to PC-1 requirements.
• To discuss the proposed design with ERRA and end user.
• To revise or finalize the design in the light of discussion with ERRA and end user.
• On the basis of approved drawings, design the architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and infrastructural design along with working/ shop drawings.
• Preparation of tender document, its advertisement and selection of Contractor.
• Construction and supervision.
