In Recognition of exemplary Construction and Contract management for the&nbsp; construction of Basic Health Unit at Sarar, District Muzaffarabad, AJ&amp;K,&nbsp; UNICEF has awarded Jamil uddin Khilji, VP DM&amp;RD NESPAK with a&nbsp; letter of commendation.<br><br>The letter along with shield was awarded in a ceremony being organized<br>at Sarar Hassanabad. Salman Shahid , project Manager UNICEF Project, received the shield and letter on behalf of NESPAK, from Dan Rohrmann UNICEF Country Representative. In his speech to audience Mr. Dan highly appreciated the commitment, professionalism and delivery of both design and field teams of NESPAK. He praised the outstanding despite the difficult site conditions. <br><br>The Ceremony was also attended by Dr. Khalid M.Z. Alothmani, Regional&nbsp; Director SPAPEV, Soomro, Secretary Health AJ&amp;K, Liaqat Hussain DG SERRA, Maj Nawazish, Chief Coordinator Donors and Sponsors ERRA and Mir Mohyuddin, Regional Coordinator DM&amp;RD AJ&amp;K.
